• Worked as part of Switch Team - Switch Call Control and Media Team, different types of ShoreTel Voice Switches like Linux based Switches, Voice Mail Box Switches, T1 Switches, E1 Switches
• Video testing for interoperability of LifeSize with ShoreTel PBX (Waterfall Methodology), for HD video room based communication. Major part of the “Tiger Team” for debugging and testing customer related issues

• Experience with HP - Mercury Quality Centre for test case authoring/execution. Generating defect reports, filing and tracking defects using Siebel and Rally
