• Responsible for management and enhancement of Storage Resource Management (SRM) software.

• Responsible for performance enhancement of block and virtual storage arrays like VMAX, VPLEX, HP storage arrays, Hitachi storage arrays,etc.

• Responsible for supervision and optimization of Collection, enrichment and aggregation of data (raw values from CLI) in a storage area network (SAN) to its presentation in the SRM to give users total customer experience.

• Used various CLI’s and API to maintain connectivity, availability in SAN.

• Experience with test automation framework.

• Worked closely with remote and support teams throughout the entire life cycle of a product development, enhancement and release.

• Experience with solving customer issues via quick fixes, enhancement patches and on site hot fix.

Research and development of a prototype for Xerox inc. and HCL America to reduce the cost of machine maintainance by identifying and rectifying error/fault correction using automation without human interventions. Working on smart routers/M2M device on linux and windows platform . Use of Java, shell scripting, GRUB, batch files, etc to create predictive algorithms to diagnose faults and issues with printer machines in a large network and enabling remote diagnostic capability. Enabling cloud storage and retrival of machine data for enabling plug and play facility.

Check of compatibility of new technologies and performance enhancement of algorithms on M2M device.
