Architected and built the company’s proprietary travel technology stack, integrating directly with global distribution systems (GDS), airline and hotel APIs, and supplier networks to power advanced flight and hotel search, pricing, and booking capabilities.

Led the design and development of internal agent tools, customer-facing booking systems, and back-office platforms supporting itinerary management, supplier connectivity, commission tracking, and operational workflows.

Oversaw engineering, infrastructure, and product development from early prototype through scaled production systems, supporting a growing team of travel advisors and a global customer base.
