I lead design across Impiricus and DocUpdate, managing a small team and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver AI-powered tools that streamline clinician workflows and pharma access.

As a senior product designer I partnered with business stakeholders to solve critical technical problems, ensuring innovative and effective solutions. I assisted Product Managers in exploring new opportunities and designing cohesive end-to-end experiences across multiple channels. I worked closely with Back/Front-End Engineers to validate design feasibility, created precise handoff artifacts, and engaged in visual QA to guarantee top-notch implementation quality. I participated and lead design reviews to align with medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements, while upholding brand guidelines and accessibility standards. I collaborated with UX research to conducted qualitative research, crafted journey maps, and utilized various tools to monitor and enhance product performance through iterative improvements. Provided insights into design trends, conducted UX tear downs, and shared learnings with the product design community to drive continuous improvement. I was dedicated to delivering outstanding design solutions that not only met user needs but also advanced business goals.

Cross-functional design lead on multiple ventures that crafted research and design components for DVx across verticals. Built everything from MVP’s to full fidelity flows while meeting with partners to identify potential go-to-market strategies that led to streamlining user research training and internal design workflows, as well as, rebuilding design component libraries to test MVP concepts.

Led the UX re-design of the customer experience for the online portal. Co-designer on design systems. Also co-designed NEXT app that lead to 25k installs, 12k unique users, and a 50% click-through rate in the first six months of launch.

Worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to re-imagine the app due to company pivot from in-home vet care to telemedicine. Got the company to take a more user-centered approach to our designs by bringing in 3rd party user testing and research data. Assisted brand manager to ensure the Fuzzy experience was was cohesive across all platforms and medias.
