What I’ve been responsible for:

• Managing multiple product and platform teams — helping engineers grow, stay aligned, and deliver consistently.

• Working closely with product and design leads to turn broad goals into actionable plans that teams can actually execute on.

• Supporting architecture and technical decisions across teams, making sure we balance speed, quality, and scalability.

• Helping teams improve how they work — from agile processes and delivery rhythm to cross-team communication.

• Hiring, mentoring, and growing engineers and tech leads into strong, autonomous contributors and future leaders.
