As a Product Design Manager, I led a team of 8 designers, split in two verticals: Flights and Vacation Products.
I led a team of designers working in the Convert vertical, which includes search, selection, transaction, and confirmation for the flights' product.
My main activities and outcomes were:
• Hire and coach designers, continuously providing feedback and guidance in order to make them achieve their best potential.
• Coordinate designers and teams to ensure we provide a consistent experience in the different touchpoints in which customers use our products
• Manage resources across different types of projects, making sure they are delivered on time.
