In my current role at Trebellar, I design the first AI-powered product that turns complex CRE data into actionable insights. Focusing on clarity and usability, I craft interfaces that help users predict trends, optimize space, and make smarter decisions—fast. Collaborating closely with a small cross-functional team, I shape workflows and interactions that bridge the gap between raw data and meaningful strategy.

• Designing an agnostic system that connects CRE data sources, revealing correlations between space utilization, leasing, engagement, operational factors, among many others.

• Refining user flows and interfaces based on research with prospects and customers, ensuring the product resonates with industry needs, including experimenting, monitoring and planning for the long-term.

In this position, I spearheaded and directed product design for a cross-functional team consisting of engineering, analytics, and product management. I contributed significantly towards the development and employment of strategies to enhance product design.

• Created comprehensive and holistic application on space use analytics, with integrated heat map on floor plan visualizations by using user-centric design approach; maximized insight into space utilization and streamlined resource allocation and management for improved efficiency.

• Transformed interactions between Real Estate Professionals, Workplace Strategists, and Facilities Operation teams by enhancing user comprehension and decision-making abilities.

As a Sr. Product Designer, I conducted visual and interaction design overhaul and UX assessment for portfolio products catering to CRE professionals. I cooperated with product and customer success teams to establish a comprehensive UX strategy for all Density products and coordinated design activities to understand the mindset and needs of the main personas.

Moreover, I partnered with front-end development and QA teams to conduct fast-paced usability testing and incorporate iterative improvements based on customer feedback and organized information architecture based on customer value, prioritizing reflective and functional aspects of provided solutions.

• Developed wireframes for efficient usability testing of alerts management, and rapidly created high fidelity visual designs to achieve short-term goals.

• Collaborated with development team to initiate a Design System and build foundation for holistic user experience.

• Oversaw design of user experience for historical utilization in Open Area solutions division, promoted floor plan interactions and information visualization, targeting Workplace Strategists.

I managed and oversaw design projects for the company website, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing user experience. I also cooperated with a diverse team of designers from the product and marketing departments to ensure collaboration and effective design outcomes. Additionally, I supervised website overhaul and migration to Webflow with the assistance of an external provider, followed by continued management of design projects and coordination of website operations.

• Created visually appealing brand collaterals for various platforms including social networks, ads, blogs, newsletters, and technical documentation.

• Designed solution and success story brochures, one-pagers, and materials to enhance customer experience and sales.

• Led complete design cycle and project management for partner portal website, including international coordination with the development team located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
