• Established and led a 6 member marketing team to execute Fall 2019 Recruitment Drive, increasing campus visibility and outreach which resulted in higher numbers of attendee retention rate
• Delegated tasks to various team members to improve efficiency and maintain consistent role responsibilities to help each member improve their skillset
• Communicated responsibilities to the entire chapter to garner interest and enthusiasm for marketing, resulting in a stronger presence in physical tabling and social media marketing
• Designed new tabling set up to differentiate from other campus organizations to Recruitment Drive materials and campus ambassadorships
• Incorporated a better system of communication in the creative direction of marketing campaigns, resulting in better understanding of needs and transparency from different position holders
• Worked with various position holders in finance, merchandising, community service, and more to ensure the chapter's four pillars of professionalism, finance, social, and community service were upheld
