Solutions Engineering - Internal Tools Team

• Actively plan, contributing to the roadmap for the Internal Tools Team's continuous improvement and innovation

• Develop new features/components for the Support Dashboard platform using Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, and TypeScript

• Collaborate with teammates to create efficient solutions, enhancing the functionality of Support Dashboard

• Code and maintain features that empower colleagues to efficiently execute common support actions for our customers

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency across internal tools projects

Support Engineering Team

• Assist in identifying and resolving software defects, ensuring the application's stability and functionality

• Execute tests to validate software functionality, ensuring it meets specified requirements and quality standards

• Troubleshoot potential bugs, document feature requests, update FAQ articles, and escalate inquiries accordingly

• Manage the support queue through Help Scout

• Create and update technical documentation, including code comments and user guides
