I design and scale creator and founder ecosystems. One principle has guided my work: technology can create access, but experience is what drives transformation and changes outcomes. I’ve watched independent podcast entrepreneurs grow from five-figure side projects into $1M+ businesses.
Experience
2023 — Now
Reston, Virginia, United States
• Lead strategy and execution across a cross-functional team of 14 engineers, 3 designers, and 1 data scientist within the Podcast Monetization product area — with a singular mission to help professional and enterprise publishers maximize revenue while growing their podcast businesses.
• Own the end-to-end infrastructure of the Megaphone CMS platform, supporting 1,400+ of the largest podcast publishers and creators in the world with 30k podcasts generating $250M+ in annual ad revenue for Spotify.
• Launched and scaled a structured video publisher community, recruiting enterprise publishers into piloted cohorts, hosting live product community events at Podcast Movement, and designing programming that gave creators early access, peer learning, and hands-on support. Publishers who participated saw 35% growth in content consumption and 22% increase in ad revenue with outcomes driven by community adoption, not platform mandates.
• Redesigned the publisher onboarding experience across CX, Legal, Finance, and BD to remove friction at the point of entry, reducing time-to-revenue for new publishers and achieving $1.5M in operational savings while improving the first experience creators had with the platform.
• Pitched and spearheaded launch of Spotify’s first enterprise video publishing API within six months, enabling a new class of creator to publish and monetize video content at scale.
• Mentor product managers across Podcast Mission via office hours and formal training sessions
2020 — 2023
• Owned strategy and growth for the publisher ecosystem product area across 4 teams powering Spotify’s ad business with equal focus on the platform infrastructure and the human community built on top of it.
• Built and stewarded the Publisher Circle, a development community of 100+ professional and enterprise podcast entrepreneurs cultivated over 8 years. This wasn’t a just feedback panel; it was a structured ecosystem: product summits, early-access cohorts, roadmap co-creation sessions, and working groups. I personally led monetization workshops and structured problem-solving sessions to help publishers move from strategy to execution. Publishers in this circle grew from five-figure annual income to $1M+ businesses. The platform served the enterprise; the community served the entrepreneur.
• Led acquisition and retention strategy that contributed $31M in incremental ad revenue, including onboarding NPR, BBC, ABC, by building trust with publishers first, then solving for scale.
• Established a monthly cross-functional publisher intake process, ensuring creator voices directly shaped product priorities across publishing, analytics, and integrations.
• Managed a team of 4 product managers across publishing, analytics, and integrations to expand Spotify Audience Network supply.
• Integrated Whooshkaa, a podcast platform acquisition into Megaphone platform within four months of closing in 2022.

The Cru is a peer coaching platform dedicated to women’s professional and entrepreneurial growth, with a mission to accelerate careers and businesses through curated peer communities.
• Recruited by CEO to own end-to-end founder experience across the digital platform, cohort programming, live events, and education systems — designing and scaling the infrastructure that allowed the organization to grow without losing the intimacy that defined its model.
• Embedded directly in the member experience: sat in peer coaching groups, attended monthly member summits, and participated in program showcases alongside founders — ensuring every platform and program decision was grounded in how members actually think, connect, and grow.
• Designed and facilitated founder workshops, monetization intensives, and structured problem-solving sessions.
• Developed and executed email campaigns, release communications, and PR copy to drive member engagement and program adoption.
• Owned engineering, marketing, and support budgets and led cross-functional execution across product, engineering, customer success, sales, and operations.
• Partnered with the President/CEO and executive team to align product strategy with mission-driven growth goals, ensuring technology decisions served founder outcomes over operational efficiency.
2018 — 2020
Washington, District Of Columbia
• Founded the Publisher Circle, designing and launching 20 structured publisher cohorts spanning independent creators, podcast networks, and enterprise publishers, establishing Megaphone’s first formal community infrastructure for co-developing the platform alongside its most influential users.
• Served as the primary relationship owner between the platform and its highest-value creator community, personally leading monetization pitches and product demos that signed enterprise publishers including ESPN, Vox, Sony, Studio71, and Endeavor, translating publisher and independent creator needs directly into product priorities.
• Built the core monetization infrastructure — analytics and insights, forecasting, ad serving, and end-to-end podcast monetization — with publisher feedback at the center of every decision. The community wasn’t downstream of the product; it shaped it.
• Launched enterprise reporting and analytics suite from discovery to rollout for 4,500 users, increasing customer satisfaction by 75%.
• Achieved 100% subscription renewals for 2020 and closed $600K in new subscription deals — outcomes driven as much by publisher trust and community depth as by platform capability.
