• Developed screen-recording bot using puppeteer.js and AWS to securely record unsupervised classes/meetings.

• Built no-code Airtable system to manage class scheduling and contractor assignments, synced with backend.

• Sped up curriculum dev. 5x by creating python tool to convert Notion documents into platform-ready JSON files.

• Created several growth dashboards using SQL to create visibility for the team on health of community-based platform.

• Created ~25 content pieces and facilitated 150+ different class sessions to help test, design, and scale prototype teaching platform.

• Managed a team of 8 educators to run a stream of 6-10 new content pieces and 20-35 new classes weekly on finished teaching platform.

• Created leadership program for kids to build leadership skills and run their own classes and clubs. Supported 500+ kid-led events & 40+ kid-led clubs.

• Wrote 11 original curriculum projects on subjects including game-making, writing, and music. Managed team of contractors to ultimately create 60 total projects across 8 disciplines.
