Worked on merchant-facing and operations platforms across fulfillment, inventory, and returns. Seller portal served roughly 1,000 merchants across 5 warehouses, enabling 1-2 day shipping. My role focused on reducing operational friction, unlocking new revenue streams, and improving visibility across complex logistics workflows for high-volume ecommerce merchants.

• Led end-to-end design for Self-serve Kitting, transforming a support-ticket-driven workflow into a scalable merchant experience reduced operational overhead
• Designed Back-orders configuration and management, enabling merchants to automatically fulfill, split, cancel, or queue orders during stockouts—reducing inventory-related support tickets and improving order ingestion for high-volume brands
• Shaped E2E shipment tracking and predictive ETAs, closing major visibility gaps across inbound flows and reducing churn driven by “where is my inventory?” escalations
• Contributed to returns and rework platform redesign, enabling warehouse operators to follow merchant-specific SOPs with visual guidance
• Designed systems used by enterprise merchants with 100K+ SKUs, balancing configurability with usability across the Seller Portal and warehouse tooling
