• As an RA, counseled and advised a college residence hall floor containing twenty-six undergraduate first year students on academic and personal questions and concerns.

• As an SRA, assist the Hall Director in the overall administration of their staff team area, as well as

support a residence apartment area containing forty-seven undergraduate upperclassmen.

Provide valuable academic support by assisting students with their questions in the Thermodynamics course and assist professor in grading homeworks and exams.

• Assist students with their transition to academic life and offer a small college feel and a sense of place and belonging on a large campus.
