• Improved operational oversight into agent performance through the implementation of new technologies using the Software Design Life Cycle Methodologies.
• Built new backend infrastructure to replace pen and paper and google forms as information collection from employees, reducing the rate of missing information from ~30% to zero.
• Leveraged Google Cloud Technologies to create a tracking solution for calls, appointments, and activity, for over 90,000 leads allowing for the oversight of KPIs that were previously tracked with pen and paper or untracked.
• Designed frontend interface for employees to submit information as well as the reporting interface for the leadership to visualize the efficiency of their employees through custom KPIs.
• Researched and evaluated new technologies and services, comparing their performance with existing systems to assist leadership in key business decisions.

• Co-founded in March 2023, a SAAS startup providing Real Estate Brokerages with a way to rapidly capture, validate, and upload lead information to their CRM, as well as manage their listings from the first open house to the home’s closing.
• Designed frontend interface using the Agile Design Methodology to provide consistent innovation and testing to maintain and develop the product by recognizing development priorities through the SDLC.
• Leveraged GitHub to provide source control for the app, and handled authentication for multiple user types with various permissions using Firebase Auth.
• Architected a serverless API, configured with GCP’s Cloud Functions calls and webhooks to services such as Twilio, Stripe, and various CRMs.
• Created a CI/CD pipeline to deploy the API to GCP’s Firebase Functions as well as providing end-to-end testing that ensures any new branch that gets added or merged does not disrupt the product’s performance.

• Co-founded Zoso Inc, in February 2022, a software development company specializing in bringing AI into the Real-Estate Industry.
• Worked with clients to identify KPIs and design frontend components that display the pertinent analytics on a customizable dashboard.
• Integrated backend architecture into popular CRMs using webhooks that trigger microservices within the RESTful API, expediting both development time and client onboarding.
• Built NLP pipeline using binary classification, NLI, and NLG in Python for binary voicemail classification, phone call summarization, and sales script adherence.
• Utilized GPT’s Text Embeddings clustering word vectors to identify trends within the agent-lead interaction.
• Conducted market research and created all financial statements used in investor presentations.

Collaborated with Terumo Leadership to enhance the SAP IT Support Management (ITSM) system. Led the design and development of a chatbot that automates the SAP ITSM ticket submission process. Independently built the chatbot in Python using RASA, a Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) Library. Collected data for IT support teams, assisted with SAP implementation at a secondary location, and coordinated employee training meetings.
