• Designed Zanbato’s core product, Zanbato Trading (ZX), for Web and iOS enabling over 700 members access to trading and market information on over 400 pre-IPO companies, counter-party matchmaking, and execution services
• Socialized GV Design Sprints within Zanbato to solve inefficiencies in past product development processes; cultivating better communication and understanding of user and stakeholder needs in less time forming the foundation of what would become Zanbato Trading Alpha
• Increased volume of user interviews with Zanbato Trading users through forming a customer advisory council initiative resulting in an elevation of company perception and increased empathy
• Mixpanel champion at Zanbato. Developed a team practice of setting trackers before feature release to increase learning of user activity. Formed a collective documentation of Zanbato Mixpanel events for team reference. Worked closely with engineers to reach ~90% Mixpanel coverage across the Zanbato Private Label product features.
