● Mitigate time-sensitive internal and external escalations that pose reputational risks to Walmart brand and proactively monitor emerging PR threats
● Review escalated products and provide feedback per policy/compliance to T&S leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
● Serve as primary POC for escalations and requests related to product evaluations per offensive items policy
● Develop product review guidelines, provide policy/process training, and conduct quality assurance assessments for the external team of reviewers
● Identify gaps in preventative systems by researching and analyzing existing T&S policies and standards
● Investigate seller accounts suspected of listing prohibited products on Walmart and Jet marketplaces
● Process complex seller vetting requests and review seller appeals that are escalated from L1 marketplace and T&S support
● Analyze voice of the customer feedback for trending ecommerce issues and brand safety concerns
● Enforce compliance per prohibited products policy in wide range of risk, policy, and compliance areas
● Support image detection project by providing recommendations per T&S policy and proposing improvements for internal tools and workflows
