Contributed to the build of advertiser-facing UI and backend services to support small to large businesses on ads.twitter.com:
• Completed an internal tooling project which allowed for launch of the Twitter Business Settings to ~100k professionals, managed and un-managed SMB advertisers, and large brand advertisers (ie. Nike, Apple, OMD)
• Contributed and led user-facing and internal customer workstreams within the Twitter Business Settings and Self-Serve Insertion Order project - estimated to unlock $3b revenue by Q1 2024
• Led team product launching efforts, creating epic timelines and technical documentation and proposals, and driving work necessary for future launches and customer support
• Ensured new team members were onboarded seamlessly and familiar with Twitter’s monolithic tech stack
