I lead a non-profit organization dedicated to providing invaluable internships in Computer Science/Software Development to high school kids interested in the field of tech.

As the founder and director of a programming club, I organized community building events and ran workshops that taught over 50 high schoolers how to program while ensuring they have fun exploring the field of code. Maintaining an active community of over 30 members, we are the largest student-led organization at John Hersey High School during the first year of our establishment.

I organized and ran HSHacks, a successful hackathon that brought together over 80 high schoolers from the Chicago and metropolitan area to learn valuable tech skills and work on projects aimed at improving the world.
