• Developed new rule services and authored RMA driven rules and templates (including decision tables) within Blaze Advisor. Rules were used to perform validation and calculations for promotions, contracts, assignments, and other services within the Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS).

• Debugged and modified existing rules and templates within Blaze Advisor to support client system acceptance testing.

• Developed test cases and unit test documentation for rule development and system acceptance testing support.

• Provided input into all Blaze rule-related design decisions, including proposals for enhancing the performance and reliability of rules services.

• Developed server-side features, business rules, and test cases in Java for a scalable test-driven J2EE application.

• Investigated and solved production and developer generated incidents of unexpected software behavior.

• Prepared and presented technical designs to clients.

• Created internally used Java software including a test case validation, execution, and results comparison tool for a business rules test framework.

• Worked closely with business analysts and other developers in clarifying requirements and designing solutions.

• Worked in a team using Fair Isaac Blaze Advisor to develop a framework for business rules validation within a J2EE environment.
