• Building a design system from scratch

• Designing a new PDLC that includes using AI design tools like V.0 in conjunction with Figma

• Redesigning the information architecture for the entire platform to accommodate new marketplaces

• Creating a lean UXR strategy that will inform the product roadmap

Accomplishments:

• Revamped the onboarding flow for App Platform, which reduced completion time from 5 minutes to 3 minutes and increased unique user conversion from 34% to 50%.

• Created the vision for the Marketplace team to include vendors with usage-based billing models, which is set to increase their annual revenue by $3M.

• Spearheaded a company-wide PDLC change to include Feature Preview as its public beta, allowing customers to toggle on and off features and give useful feedback for further iterations.

• Led the creation of a SaaS marketplace experience called “Explore”, complete with pricing by SKU, browsing by category, and comparing products and packages, which increased purchase requests by 17%.

• Routinely user-tested prototypes to test for key metrics and obtain insights for further design iterations.

• Mentored junior designers to help them discover better ways to improve their design process and bring value to the company.

• Improved new user conversion by 40% by creating a streamlined onboarding flow and greatly reducing drop-off.

• Ran several design sprints to synthesize user research, brainstorm diverse solutions, and create a comprehensive product plan.

• Refined and created components for the company’s design system.

• Brought the organization to AA WCAG compliance by establishing rigorous accessibility guidelines in partnership with Deque.

As the lead designer for the Candidate Experience team, I collaborate with our team's PM, EM, and other stakeholders to help improve the candidate experience and improve the company metrics.

Additionally I:

• Led the company to switch to a better design tool for remote collaboration (Figma).

• Planned and managed a week-long design sprint to synthesize user research, brainstorm diverse solutions, and create a comprehensive and manageable product plan for 2020.

• Helped the company establish a design system with minimal resources.
