* As part of a 3-year enterprise data transformation program, orchestrated company-wide efforts to prioritize, plan, and execute a complex analytics infrastructure migration involving curated data, reports, and operational pipelines serving 2000+ internal employees.
* Led platform persona / user story definition for internal business and technical stakeholder groups, designing customized enablement user journeys that accelerated “critical mass” user migration to the new analytics platform in <2 quarters.
* Owned roadmap for and streamlined intake, grooming, and prioritization for SaaS data source integrations used in the new analytical data warehouse. Rationalized intake and delivery processes involving a globally distributed team of 10+ engineers and analysts, for source data integrations and for development of curated data assets.
* Developed product vision and strategy for an internal service delivering customer data from the enterprise data warehouse to software applications (aka “Reverse ETL” pipelines) used by 100s of go-to-market team personnel (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support) to target, customize, and scale end-customer touchpoints and experiences.
* Overhauled intake, grooming, and prioritization processes for the internal data delivery service, moving from a quarterly to an always-on release cadence. Collaborated with engineering to reduce time to market and scale delivery by streamlining the underlying customer data model. Drove integration of product vision / strategy into vendor platform RFP process.
