• Monetization Dashboard – Core contributor on the monetization dashboard; built dynamic breakdown capabilities enabling analysis across multiple dimensions simultaneously, significantly increasing analytical flexibility for product teams.
• Cost Accountability Feature – Implemented full-stack feature (frontend + backend E2E) enabling study owners to register cost impact during A/B setup; to date customers have registered $905K in cost impacts and $9.5M in cost savings.
• Config Status Promotion – Designed and delivered end-to-end feature consolidating COF config status management into the A/B Console, reducing workflow touch points by 4 (20%); adopted by customers ~80% of the time over the legacy COF Console flow.
• SnapUp Mentorship – Mentored 6–7 SnapUp apprentices monthly (Jan – Apr 2023), served as 1:1 mentor to two apprentices across 2022–2024, and conducted 11 SnapUp interviews across 2022–2023.
