• Led end-to-end design for a new enterprise Backup and Recovery storage service, creating prototypes, testing with internal and external users, and collaborating with IBM and vendor product & engineering teams to deliver closed beta in Q4 2024

• Drove alignment across 28 IBM stakeholders by facilitating 5 design thinking workshops, defining a 3+ year user-centered product vision, and presenting design concepts and roadmaps to executives

• Evaluated usability of various vendor ecosystems and helped inform and secure a partnership with a market leader in Backup and Data Protection platforms; identified and aligned on 122 prioritized change requests to the vendor’s UI to improve usability, accessibility, content design, and consistency with IBM’s design system
