In my current role as a Senior UX Content Designer, I lead content initiatives, user research, and messaging tests. I serve as the principal content designer for a suite of AI-enabled SaaS products, driving content strategy to deliver intuitive, user-friendly experiences in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.

I focused on enhancing user experiences through clear and engaging content. My work centered around onboarding and growth projects where I created intuitive content solutions that guided users through their initial experiences with the product and prompted them to take the most relevant next steps.

When Chegg focused on building out their AI capabilities, I took on several information architecture and conversational design projects to create a seamless transition into the new look and feel of a primarily chat-based experience.
