TeePublic is a user-generated print-on-demand e-commerce marketplace that enables independent creators to upload their art and sell merchandise on a variety of apparel and home goods. Some of my responsibilities include:

• Guiding strategic design initiatives within the Product organization

• Establishing design-ops processes for our growing design team

• Creating e-commerce focused design systems, components, and large features in Figma

• Prototyping complex interactions for validating ideas and user testing tasks

• Working directly with product managers and internal stakeholders on lean projects

• Collaborating and live code pairing with engineers to QA project deliverables

• Conducting user research and testing with Maze, user interviews, and surveys

• Formulating, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests with Amplitude and Rails Split

• Writing documentation, user stories, project specs, and assisting with project tickets in Jira

• Tracking and analyzing relevant projects results in relation to company OKR’s

As a freelancer, I provided website and graphic design services and consulting for small-to-medium sized businesses, locally based in NYC. Clients include 48 Lounge, Broad Street Ballroom, Bride & Blossom, The Allert Group, Jo Anne Simon P.C., and Alison Hart Esq.
