Building an all-in-one operating system for hospitals that helps care teams administer more effective patient care.

• One of 2 ux designers, responsible for the design & design strategy of experiences across the entire product. I worked within every step of the design process, from need-finding through launch.

• Collaborated with users, product, engineering, clinical, and company leadership to design complex workflows for managing both hospital operations and patient care.

• Designed for web, iOS, and Android, along with both printed and digital marketing and sales material.

Helped create a valuable experience for patients and healthcare providers interpreting highly emotional and complex genetic data.

• Led design projects end-to-end, working with engineering, clinical, sales, support, marketing, and leadership teams.

• Worked on elements of the user experience ranging from ordering and billing tools to physical elements of the sample collection kit.

• Developed, documented, and evangelized research processes.
