Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent, and technology. We combine human-centered design, powerful data, and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. I joined Concentrix as part of their acquisition of PK.

I worked in Boeing’s Digital Aviation Mobile Solutions team where I provided user experience expertise for commercial aviation applications. My product focus was on mobile applications for pilots and flight crew that provide relevant, up-to-date information (e.g. flight plans, enroute flight charts, weather data) to help users make informed decisions before, during, and after flight.

I had the following responsibilities:

• Lead user research through interviews, surveys, and other research techniques to understand user needs

• Lead UX design activities by utilizing the human centered design process to shape product strategy

• Validate designs by conducting usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and other reviews with pilots and flight crew

• Collaborate with product, development, and test teams to deliver quality software to our flight crew users

From June 2014–June 2015, I worked in Enterprise Mobility as a User Experience Design Technologist for the Mobile Application Delivery Framework (mADF). mADF is a fully integrated development application that helps developers, administrators, project managers, and other stakeholders manage the complete mobile application development lifecycle.

From June 2015–June 2016, I worked in Define and Control Airplane Configuration Product Data Management (DCAC-PDM) as a User Experience Design Technologist for the PDM application. PDM assists in authoring airplane bill of materials for engineering and manufacturing. PDM also assists in configuration management of airplane options.

I had the following responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research and design activities for mobile and web applications

• Translate design concepts into functional prototypes

• Implement, maintain, and document fully integrated software applications

I worked in User Experience (UX) Services as a UX Specialist where I had the following responsibilities:

• Create intuitive, usable and satisfying user experiences for Boeing Enterprise software applications

• Conduct user research through interviews, field studies, and surveys

• Define user requirements and usability goals

• Create user interaction design alternatives and interactive prototypes

• Conduct usability tests, heuristic evaluations, and other reviews
