Designed strategies for NASA - ISS to transition into different roles post-decommissioning in 2030 and relook at a future in low earth orbit with robust public-private partnerships with entities interested in building thriving space economies.

• Delivered features for Tripcare- Expedia’s post-booking experience, enabling multiple aspects of a trip to be consolidated into a unified portal for ease of navigation and access for 48M users.

• Drove the strategic update of Maps, Tables, and Cards within the Expedia Group Design System(EGDS) by conducting a detailed review of 7 LOBs across multiple platforms, including apps, web, and white-labeled partnerships to unify and improve over 500 design elements.

• Led the design for a large-scale discovery project enabling users to cancel their plans with Expedia irrespective of their reasons named- Cancellation for any reason (CFAR), reducing claim processing time by 80%.

• Facilitated various research workshops to gather qualitative feedback for CFAR and various other projects through user interviews and large group conversations, as well as quantitive feedback through user interviews.

• Proactively handled ad-hoc and worked with the senior design management to deliver exhibit materials for Explore-22, a milestone event for Expedia.

• Spearheaded a team of two as a senior experience designer to develop the CricPlay app, an online sports betting game with 200,000 MAU.

• Executed market analysis, researching product viability, market fit, ideation, prototyping, monetization, progression, loyalty-building strategy, and product development over three months. Until recently, the product had 7M downloads, commanding 100K DAUs and 300K MAUs, peaking at 2M MAUs during sports seasons.

• Oversaw and ensured the smooth internal acquisition of the Cricplay app by Cricbuzz- a sports media giant with 145M users.

• Designed the app and web interfaces for TimesCard, India’s most popular entertainment credit card with 18M users. This FinTech product is an exclusive partnership between HDFC (the bank with the largest market cap in India) and Times Internet, India’s largest media conglomerate. I was involved with development and handoffs to ensure the smooth development of the product.

• Led the design for Rivigo Freight, a LOB of Rivigo- A trucking and logistics aggregator platform between 2018 and 2019, as a solo designer by observing and accommodating an addition of 45,000 new B2B users.

• Delivered the app, web and ERP for Rivigo Freight, an enterprise product for SMEs and MNCs with 130K downloads and 40,000 MAUs.

• Designed the cross-platform consignment-tracking feature for Rivigo Freight’s app, tab and web interfaces to provide constant visibility of shipments and trip statuses to MNCs and large transport companies.
