• Managed and trained a team of seven on the administration, execution and analysis of 284 internal surveys

• Guided the build of 74 data analysis models, including three persuasion models designed to micro-target voters on pivotal issues

• Worked with pollster consultants to craft 11 policy and messaging polls. This work both defined the House Democrats’ “Better Deal” agenda, and informed the message arch of DCCC candidates, resulting in a 40 seat gain in Congress

• Completely restructured and modernized how the DCCC conducts in-house surveys, optimizing multi-modal execution while maintaining an impeccable record of accuracy

• Challenged traditional polling methodology assumptions, pioneered DCCC text polling, and guided an in-depth analysis of potential biases that informed our best practices in poll execution

• Oversaw the development of an internal database, allowing the DCCC to house individual level data for over 1,000 polls

• Worked closely with our Committee Chairman and our Executive Director to advise investment decisions based on polling

• Presented survey findings to Members of Congress and led trainings on polling at forums for campaign operatives

• Oversaw the execution of HFA's internal surveys, from conception to presentation, and managed a team of three

• Presented polling trends to senior staff and stakeholders, and drafted nightly polling briefs for Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton

• Coordinated staff and resources across multiple departments, articulating a project vision along with individuals’ roles and directives

• Contributed to the planning and implementation of A/B testing experiments

• Scientifically dissected differences in survey results across vendors

• Led qualitative and quantitative research, including drafting questionnaires and focus group guides, analyzing data in SPSS, and composing comprehensive memos, reports, and PowerPoint presentations to aid client understanding of data
