Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensee, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards.
My responsibilities included:
• Built and scaled Fanatics Collectibles (FC) Pro 0 - 1, launching the core B2B ecommerce platform, driving 100%+ sales growth, $10M in new sales channel revenue, and cutting account managers’ offer-sending time by 75%
• Delivered FC Pro Marketplace to enable always-on selling, automating repetitive sales workflows & generating $300K+ in week 1
• Scaled FC Pro to EMEA & APAC in under 12 months, streamlining global purchasing and unlocking multi-region revenue growth
• Decommissioned legacy eTopps (45K users), coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and delivering an infosec-compliant replacement, mitigating financial, legal, and reputational risk
• Developed end-to-end analytics infrastructure, including Salesforce workflows, Sigma dashboards, and a Seller Score algorithm, replacing ad hoc reporting and optimizing account manager performance
• Spearheaded UX research, conducting field visits, interviews, and user testing to develop product roadmap and improve usability
• Instituted scalable agile workflows, including sprint planning and RACI frameworks, boosting delivery speed and predictability

My responsibilities included:
• Managed PO responsibilities for two teams to support front-end UI and back-end data pipeline of Enterprise Data Retention
• Spearheaded instrumentation of clickable UI elements and relevant monitoring through creation of an internal metrics dashboard
• Launched data-driven revamp of 90% of user notifications to adjust timelines, templates, and calls to action
• Augmented troubleshooting capability and mitigated risk through the creation of admin view into the UI
• Coordinated automation with external partner and manual remediation process for non-compliant datasets
• Conducted extensive user interviews to drive UX improvements and routinely presented feedback to senior leadership

• Leading a team of consultants to prepare a thorough marketing plan for well-renowned health & wellness company, Hungry Girl
• Delegating workload and projects to team members and leading team meetings
• Providing market research and social media analysis, customer engagement marketing, and marketing strategy
• Creating a promotional campaign strategy and implementation plan focusing on creative digital strategy
• Serving as the main point of communication with Hungry Girl executives and marketing team

• Creating a sustainable marketing strategy and micro influencer ambassador program for Gem, a cryptocurrency portfolio platform

Available in more than 200 markets around the world, the PayPal platform, including Braintree, Venmo and Xoom, enables consumers and merchants to receive money in more than 100 currencies, withdraw funds in 56 currencies and hold balances in their PayPal accounts in 25 currencies.
My responsibilities included:
• Participating in metrics discovery with initiative and product portfolio owners
• Collaborating with data owners to identify target KPIs and to understand data sources
• Aligning existing metrics data through data mapping to established common taxonomy
• Creating governance documentation (e.g. ARCIVs, data mapping) and an enterprise-wide SharePoint communications site to increase accountability and exposure for our product
• Leading a team for the Kivathon, a micro consulting project, to ideate solutions to drive web traffic to an online store during COVID-19
• Facilitating academic literature review, customer discovery meetings, and discussion guide analysis for the Carbon Offsets Sustainability Research program through the Intern Project Exchange

Loop was born from a feeling of frustration with the online gift-buying experience. What started out as a desire to overcome the core challenges of gifting, evolved into the company we are today. Loop is leading a paradigm shift in commerce with a unique gifting solution and technology that is already implemented by leading retailers.
My responsibilities included:
• Involvement in full product lifecycle from ideation to product launch
• Developing product requirements, user stories, KPIs with all cross-functional stakeholders for launch of Apple Wallet feature
• Conducting thorough industry and competitive analysis and presented to relevant cross-functional teams for new company venture
• Facilitating several user tests and reevaluated UX design in current user flow
• Participating and provided feedback in Agile Scrum and Kanban teams and relevant ceremonies
