Technical Director and founding member of the studio.
Released Elder Scrolls Online (PC & Mac) in April 2014. Led the game engineering team from first hires and first line of code all the way to ship. Personally drove the engineering effort to change from a traditional MMO server architecture to "MegaServer" architecture. Grew the studio from 2 to 450+ developers.
In the final year before ship, took over all engineering efforts at the company, managing around 60 engineers. Served on the studio senior leadership team to push the game across the line to launch.
Responsible for redesigning large portions of the Camelot client to remove legacy code and add extensive new features. Changing largely single-threaded client to a multi-threaded architecture. Led an engineering effort to port Warhammer Online to Xbox 360 (unreleased).
