• Continued responsibility over four cross-functional teams, with additional responsibility to manage Staff Engineer resources and the TAD (Technical Asset Development) backlog

• Together with another manager, researched and built the Lendio Software Engineering Technical-Track Career Path, to enable engineers and their managers to have more objective career and progression conversations

• Together with the engineering leadership team, scaled the engineering team from ~25 to ~70 in under 6 months, during a pivotal time for Lendio (the SBA's Paycheck Protection Program)

• Managed 4 teams in Marketplace at Lendio (Document Automation, Partner Experience, Lender Experience, and Loan Processing). In charge of the Public APIs exposed to lenders and partners, and well as supporting Funding Desk Reps and borrowers getting to app-complete.

• Supported software engineers and their cross-functional teams in project scoping, project breakdown and planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Accountable for smooth and well-communicated delivery of software
