Responsible for recruiting new partners to the Zendesk partner program and managing an existing base of partners, to help our customers on how to unlock the power of everyday customer interactions so they can make those experiences extraordinary.

Responsible for defining AWS Global Telco GSI strategy and partnerships using a solutions framework. Focused on developing joint solutions across Telecom (CSP) landscape Including 5G Edge Cloud and Cloud Native 5G networks, besides Network (NFV - Core/RAN, and Media distribution), MEC Industry Solutions, Network IT (OSS, BSS, Network & Customer analytics etc.), Enterprise IT, and Line of Business applications of a Telecom Operator.

Responsible for developing and executing on annual strategic plans; building multi-level relationships including those at the executive level; ensuring that the partnership proceeds to respective goals efficiently, effectively, and harmoniously and in a timely fashion. Lead the efforts in creating synergy from between the two parties, thus enabling the partnership to deliver on its goals.

Grew and nurtured Strategic Clients – Expand through New Service Offerings, Enablement of Services led large deals. Identified potential solutions in alignment with the business need and collaborate with business teams to deliver.

Proven experience in driving large or strategic deal success through business value justification and leadership of large cross-functional teams (virtual and/or own). Experienced in managing solution teams to create new offerings, drive opportunities, pipeline generation, and achieve revenue targets.

Global Alliances Head include working closely with strategic partnerships for new offerings, account planning & strategy, channel sales, capability building and build Center-of-Excellence with partner products, joint go-to-market initiatives, conduct roadshows, etc. Build and managing channel pipeline and support Sales Account managers globally.
