I lead end-to-end operations for a state-of-the-art audio data collection facility that powers ML research, owning facility infrastructure, high-volume collection workflows, and strict quality standards while partnering closely with research scientists, software engineers, and TPMs to design complex human-subject studies and ensure vendor and facility capabilities meet rigorous technical requirements. I am responsible for hardware and infrastructure setup, work hands-on with cutting-edge prototypes and software to integrate advanced data acquisition tools and validate data pipelines, and optimize collection processes for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. I also manage the software and hardware backlog, run sprints and agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams, support budgeting and vendor contracts (including SOWs and spend tracking), oversee documentation and quality controls, drive timely issue resolution with stakeholders and vendors, and continuously improve protocols, tools, and processes while training research staff on data collection best practices.

• Led a team of Design Program Managers and Architects to create integrated infrastructure designs for various FC building types.

In my role as Operations Design Manager at Amazon, I successfully led a team of 15 design engineers in integrating new FC launches across NA and Emerging Countries. Managed design processes, ensured project deadlines were met, and implemented efficient project management strategies.
