Accomplishments:
• Improved user productivity by eliminating manual entries and paper work by implementing projects like:
ATM Ticket Maker, Customer and L/C Notifications and Fee Billing.
• Designed, developed and automated Tax Withholding Process for daily receive and process FED mandated
Tax Withholding file.
• Improved Payment Transaction and Wire Transfer process by implementing real-time reports and screen
options, for users to help track the status of a payment, as it goes through different stages of processing,
from ACBS to CLIPS+ payment system.
• Utilized LANSA E-mail functionality to create and email Customer Notifications and reports.
• Provided detailed System Requirement Specification (SRS) documentation for Management and
users, for project approval.
• As part of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, provided users with test scripts with pass and fail
scenarios.
• Eliminated the use of ACBS daily tape backups by configuring and implementing real-time replication
process using iCluster software.
• Provided ACBS Technical lead on bank wide annual Disaster Recovery exercise.
• Provided and advised on technical support to IT and non IT employees.
• Maintained 24x7 availability to address critical business and/or IT issues.
• Achieved instant credibility from upper management, by taking additional responsibilities, which
included:
o Support Tiger L/C of legacy application and its users.
o Troubleshoot local or remote printing issues.
o Troubleshoot AS/400 related user id issues.
o Assisted and aided in design, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive
monitoring and alerting process across IBMi platform.
o Assisted in installation, testing, troubleshooting, upgrading new and existing software. o Assisted on system hardware and software upgrades.
