Prineville, Oregon
Managed data center construction and infrastructure retrofits across mechanical, electrical, controls and fire life safety system.
Worked cross-functionally to support security policies, environmental regulations, engineering initiatives, logistics improvement, and operational alignment.
Developed and performed high-risk, high-complexity maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and power generation with zero impact to live operations.
Created 5-year, long-range projections and managed operational budget within 2% tolerance.
Implemented Quarterly Maintenance and Project Planning process (QMPP) to add discipline to project intake, scheduling, and prioritization.
Established key performance metrics (KPIs) for safety, preventative, and corrective maintenance; project performance; financial accuracy; and training.
Utilized metrics to perform root cause analysis and resolve underperforming areas.
Drove the direction for tooling to manage asset and workforce utilization by establishing business requirements.
Managed dozens of contingent workers, including landscaping, janitorial, electricians and mechanics, controls technicians, and a number of contractors across the MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), FLS (fire life safety) and CSA (civil, structural, architectural).

2013 — 2014
Multi-million-dollar project in the Oil Sands of northern Canada, accountable for coordinating logistics, setting up international business credit accounts, procuring subcontractors and materials, and controlling documents. Led office and field staff leadership, budget, schedule, and reporting.
Later led a +$20M hydroelectric renovation project in Oregon focused on building hydraulics, lube oil, cooling water, and lift skids for piping infrastructure. Responsible for procurement, inventory control, and scheduling; tracked project costs with granularity; and set up cost trending for owner visibility, including a predictive forecast of future spend, to meet stringent government-funded grant deadlines. Upon
completing the project, I handled the project close-out, documentation turnover, final billings, and punch-list scope.
