Led the end-to-end design for the Admin app, the first tool built for admin users to manage their enterprises. This product scaled the functions of Customer Support and Client Relationship teams and enabled cross-enterprise collaboration.

Contributed to the Elementum design system when coming up with a new pattern or rethinking existing ones. The process starts from problem definition, then getting use cases from other designers', going through cycles for a design proposal and presenting to the design and front-end team for feedback and development.

Worked on Source App, conducting user research and conceptualizing supplier dashboards amongst other features, to improve current product offering. Collaborated closely with Product Management and Engineering teams on a 2-week sprint basis to continuously deliver value to customers.

Owned Elementum’s product visual language across web and mobile, supporting 4 different applications and functioning as a shared resource for the design team

Created and documented UI patterns that helped the design organization operate more efficiently, and started the first Elementum design system

Standardized design documentation process and developed and enforced style/brand guideline (the first in the company) in partnership with Brand/Marketing team and worked closely with other designers to support visual design needs

Worked collaboratively with brand managers to create point-of-sale marketing materials such as neckers, shelf talkers, sell sheets, mock-ups for packaging collateral and ads for websites. Wine and spirit brands include Concannon, Cupcake, Almaden, Franzia, Flipflop and Big House Wines. Also designed and developed websites for test brands, including Love Noir, Jalapino Wines and Franzia Limited Edition.
