Leading design initiatives and platforms across Uber's Customer Obsession team. Responsible for a spectrum of solutions from business internal tools, customer and agent facing support and automation in different LOBs. Comfortable with ambiguity and responsible for synthesizing complex requirements to simple solutions.

As co-founder and Product leader, I was responsible for the company's ideation and strategies to scale. I lead design and business strategies to develop best-in-class products for +1000 restaurants and +500k customers across 27 states in Brazil.

I worked closely with clients, marketing and the product/tech team, as well as hiring and leading multi-disciplinary teams to get it done.
