Implemented code across multiple repositories including the help center and identity. Enabled autologin although told it was impossible and supported other teams utilizing my solution. Utilized OpenAI to transition help content to the interactive AI assistant including prompt engineering, and manipulating/exporting prior static content. Managed developer tools across multiple projects, performed troubleshooting, and trained developers on proper usage. Improved startup and testing times in help center, reviewed PRs and mentored other developers.

Developed in Ruby on Rails on the front-end portal for Silverline, F5's DDOS and WAF SaaS. The portal provides a unified interface for users and admins to interact with backend microservices, network devices, and databases.

Currently developing on Blue Planet, a next generation NMS (Network Management Software). Helped develop custom resource adapter for the Tejas 6200 network switch in Python, recently assigned to UI using Ember. Previously worked in Java on ESM Core-the prior NMS solution. Led migration from Perforce to git, rebuilt Jenkins build server, developed training for new hires, and successfully trained multiple developers.

Created initial course and taught network security based on the Certified Ethic Hacker's exam via an on-demand security lab utilizing Amazon Web Services EC2 servers on a virtual private cloud with public and private subnets to simulate a security lab.

"Very interesting teacher. Made the class engaging and made us want to do well in it. Was strict enough with grading to keep us on our toes and really feel like we earned our grade but offered numerous ways to make up points if we slipped up. Great at improvising when things didn't go according to the lesson plan. Was able to keep a light atmosphere where all students wanted to participate without letting us get too off track. (We still got a little off track, but that was part of the fun). I honestly believe I have learned more in general from this one class than any of my other college classes so far."

Taught computer literacy/Microsoft Office as part of the graduate program.
