* Part of a team responsible for increasing revenue by increasing signup completion rate, reducing churn and mitigating fraud.

* Implemented A/B testing support for Dialpad Meetings, a video conferencing web app.

* Added international signup support for Dialpad Meetings, allowing users from additional countries to sign up and be billed in their local currencies.

* Part of on call rotation, pushed releases, triage incoming issues to appropriate engineers. Investigate production issues.

* Implement and maintain data pipelines to third party systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Amplitude and Segment, for use in product marketing & analysis.

* Build in-app training and documentation tools, to maximize customer value from Dialpad.

* Built the navigation frame for Visier's current flagship product, Visier People with Angular/Typescript

* Built various aspects of the configuration platform for the flagship product, Visier People

* Lead the development for Visier's current ETL platform, and was the first person to successfully onboard a customer. Today the platform loads data for almost all of Visier's customers, has dedicated department of users, and is essential to scaling Visier's business

* Designed and implemented implemented a DSL (Domain Specific Language) with ANTLR to perform data transformations

* Lead a team that built various productivity tools to assist in ETL, boosting the productivity of the Data Management team by over 100% by reducing data validation iteration time

* Lead a team that builds Data Connectors to pull data into Visier's ETL platform by calling third party APIs. This aims to achieve reducing customer on-boarding time from several weeks to several minutes

* Recipient of the 2017 Visier MVP Award (Most Valuable Player) for outstanding contributions to the business
