2) Separating our monolithic Component Library into smaller micro-apps

3) Researching and implementing new technologies and frameworks

4) Encouraging open-source contributions and adoption

As a member of the UI Engineering team we have three primary directives...

1) Train Full Stack Engineers to develop their Front End skills

2) Build a comprehensive, performant Component Library (aka Style Guide) to speed up development time and improve the customer experience

3) Work on UI-heavy features with Full Stack Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers
