Led the UX and design strategy for Prime Video's playback experience. My primary focus was on advanced features, including X-Ray ("who's that actor?") and live sports augmented content experiences (stats, key plays, teams, and lineups). I successfully designed and shipped new cross-platform experiences (TV, mobile, tablet) and pioneered customer-facing generative AI features, such as VOD "Instant Recaps". Furthermore, I developed scalable UI frameworks and collaborated closely with strategic partner teams, including Ads, Content, and Engineering, to integrate complex business models and features directly into the core viewing experience.
