Working in the Mercedes Benz department. The main goals were redesigning the Mercedes-Benz Dealer Delivery app and creating a design system for Mercedes-Benz digital portals. My primary responsibilities included the following:
• Led the establishment of a new design system library at Mercedes-Benz USA, significantly improving consistency and usability across the brand's digital products
• Spearheaded the redesign of The Mercedes-Benz Dealer Delivery application, resulting in an intuitive and user-friendly interface that enhanced the overall experience for dealers and customers
• Conducted user research and usability testing to gain insights into users' needs and behaviors, ensuring that products met their expectations
• Collaborated closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to oversee the user experience from conception to launch, ensuring that designs were technically feasible and aligned with the product vision
