Developed 5 year roadmap for a $15M machine learning capital project by identifying internal technical capabilities, building business cases, and incorporating industry trends; presented roadmap to senior executive team and received alignment to begin development

Led an 8 person technical team through development of a machine learning proof-of-concept to improve churn prediction capabilities by selecting key data sets, evaluating containerization options, and assessing model performance; resulted in improved predictive capability from 3x to 6x on base model

Managed customer service chatbot development by building business requirement document, evaluating 14 NLP vendor solutions through RFP process, and managing 10+ stakeholder groups; results in $16M 5 year OPEX savings when implemented
