• Supported multiple product teams across News Feed with content strategy consultation, UX writing and strategic user experience guidance for products across mobile app and www platforms, including Android and iOS
• Collaborated with cross-functional and technical teams to create a cohesive, empathetic content strategy for every product experience and interface
• Interfaced with engineers, product managers, designers, marketers and researchers, with consideration to accessibility, localization and sound design
• Designed and wrote content for product experiences including conversational design, chatbot features, commenting flows, user journeys, style guides, taxonomy, content frameworks, voice tech products, new user onboarding, machine learning, conversational design, artificial intelligence, AI, genAI, and natural language processing
• Product focus included consumer apps, emerging markets, public figure and business usage, video chat platforms, algorithm-derived language, and fighting false news and misinformation through well-designed content and user experiences across News Feed
• Key project work included developing suggested reply content via machine learning; shaping improved guidance for backend AI labeling for human reviewers and ranking algorithms; scaling standards for product and design across apps and surfaces; and developing product strategies around privacy flows, regulatory responses, integrity improvements, frameworks for updates and other high-level testing approaches
• Facilitated onboarding content strategy courses for new joiners; mentor and manage interns and contract workers
• Helmed diversity and inclusion efforts across the design group
