• Design solutions, backed by research, to improve the American Girl e-commerce website – aiming to increase conversion rates in gift option add-ons, bring clarity to product detail pages, and optimize navigation to minimize decision fatigue of customers.
• Analyze user interactions using Quantum Metrics software to identify customer frustrations, seek improvement opportunities, and evaluate shipped solutions.
• Conduct UX research through UserZoom to evaluate competitor sites, possible new features, and A/B test proposed designs.
• Present research findings and design opportunities to stakeholders and cross-functional teams – working together to prioritize design decisions, business goals, content strategies, and improvements for upcoming sprints.
• Assist the product team in UAT testing to ensure shipped solutions fulfill business requirements and provide user-friendly experiences.
