• Collaborate with product management and engineering to craft valuable UX solutions for the product adapted to the user personas.
• Create overall concepts from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping to ensure all interactions deliver a qualitative UX to our customers.
• Contribute to the building of the Sinch Design system, designing and reviewing it.
• Own design phase and coordinate with product and engineering team for review and correct implementation of prototyped behaviors.
• Have a deep knowledge of the personas behaviors, goals, motivations and needs by conducting user researches (interviews, prototyping, testing…) to ensure the delivery of an empowering UX in the product.
• Collaborate to the global roadmap with the product identifying and highlighting specific design-related related OKRs.
• Be the advocates of the design culture by sharing, keeping updated with the latest changes in the design field and educating coworkers to design roles, missions, and works.
