I’m the content design team lead on the B2B Payments team within Meta Financial Technologies. Our products support ~98% of Meta’s revenue through advertising billing. I work very closely with product designers and our UX researchers to optimize our core experiences and to improve the consistency and quality of content at scale.

I was a content designer for Keap’s marketing automation and CRM web and mobile applications. I supported 11 product designers, and worked closely with UX researchers, engineers, and product managers to test and improve content. I developed new content guidelines, product personas, helped redesign the core information architecture, and evangelized the discipline of content design.

AVIA developed a wiki tool for digital health products for their consulting clients. It was my responsibility to develop in-product copy, redesign the information architecture, and manage a complex taxonomy of digital health topics. I helped standardize product names and implemented a new content governance process.
