• Technical lead for Salesforce integration, creating the ability to track metrics on client and partner communications and automate internal operations processes, utilizing Kafka eventing

• Built Slack and Google Calendar integrations to ensure real-time updates for property management team on real estate acquisitions, closings, and appraisal issues
• Developed integration with external rent management tool (Rent Manager), enabling the client operations team to easily track delinquent clients to increase timely rent collection
• Developed UI to display client’s journey through Landis’s programs, giving the coaching team insights and data on client’s history, current status, and future trajectory
• Migrated services from Nomad (Hashicorp container orchestration solution) to Kubernetes and implemented M2M authentication
