• Designed and developed growth-focused features for enhancing the LinkedIn Guest experience, encompassing various projects targeting pre-login/signup experiences, SEO optimization, and app activations.
• Optimized LinkedIn sign-in with Google one-tap, streamlining user flow. Improved usability, leading to +18% sign-up lift and +10% retained sign-ups. Also boosted site-wide weekly active users by +0.48%. This project contributes to 1 in 200 Weekly Active Users.
• Leveraged the JTBD framework to uncover user needs and guide design decisions. My focus is on delivering value, enhancing LinkedIn's discoverability, and seamlessly transitioning Guests to Members.
• Led community-building efforts for LinkedIn Firstline members, operating with a startup mindset to deliver unique value and achieve competitive advantage.
• Managed 3 Firstline community groups totaling 300k members, conducting in-depth user research. Responsibilities include acting as admin, engaging with members, and setting up polls and questionnaires. Through observing user behavior, inform our design decisions.

• Develop concepts and designs of seamless, digital experiences grounded in the needs of customers.
• Identify problems, conduct user research and user interview, create wireframes, prototypes and provide product strategy insights in a cross-functional startup environment.
• Design, develop and maintain design library to create consistent experiences across web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, strategists, and C-level throughout the design process
• Facilitate design team's retrospective and design workshop.
• Design QA lead. Lead and maintain design quality assurance process among colleagues. Guide the design, marketing, business development, and customer support teams on discovering "Bad UX" from users' perspectives.
• Collect UX feedback, and prioritize issues with the design lead and product managers in the product roadmap. Focus on topics such as feature-focused testing, competitor analysis, blockchain money transaction, and technical bugs discussion.
